GH3 bass conversion - additional bass note at end

the current method of converting for gh3 adds an extra note on bass to sync the end of the chart with the audio. it would be good to have an option to toggle whether to end the chart based on the audio length (current method with extra note) or end the chart based on the chart length (more accurate chart conversion but chance to cut off audio at the end).

more of an issue when converting to PS3 since there's no easy way without the toolkit to create a native PS3 DLC custom from scratch
