Runner's turn 1, click 2. Runner accesses News Team and adds it to the score area. After this the Runner's whole jnet page immediately goes black, Corp seems unaffected.
Hitting F5 and changing browsers didn't help, as soon as I logged into my account I'd be greeted with the black screen. The top bar would show for a split second after reloading the page before going to black again, and so I eventually managed to hit "Leave game" after a bunch of reloads.
We initially thought that it was some weird News Team + Haarpsichord interaction, but it never occured in the following games.
