Paying with hosted credits should be easier

Currently the behavior for paying with credits from hosted cards like Trick Shot or Miss Bones is the following: click the card once for each credit you want to spend from it. This gets tiring pretty quick, see Overclock having to click it 5 times, trick shot mutliple times, etc.
My proposed solution would be that if you hold-click the card it automatically drains as many credits as necessary. or maybe clicking the bottom-right of the card or something.
