The 'Studierendenwerk' in Karlsruhe updated their website. Since then the openmensa parser for whole karlsruhe is broken.

There are two apis that still works (used by the Android app):
https://www.sw-ka.de/en/json_interface/general for naming and general stuff
https://www.sw-ka.de/en/json_interface/canteen for the current canteen plan

But i dont now how to get canteens for a specific date

JSON API got discontinued recently, so the only way to parse Karlsruhe canteen data is through the website again. Inspiration for a new parser can be drawn from muety/kit-mensa-scraper.
