Can someone share the script to convert 3d to 2d annotations on the issue 21th? #32

Refer to I hope to denoise the pointclouds within the bin files before writing them back. However, with the current script, a 2D and 3D detection leaderboard is now possible for the CADCD, @mpitropov .
