Examples to demonstrate Datablox

We have a few ideas about some concrete examples. This is to put the list together in one place. In general, examples should demonstrate the following:

1. Ease of writing end-to-end systems
2. Reuse of blocks across systems
3. Scalability under loads and added hardware
