Sadly, the server and the plugin got the hardcoded Port 4242 to which you try to connect to the notarys. I can't be the only one where Port 4242 is already in use and removing the daemon behind 4242 is not an option.
Can someone please rewrite convergence (plugin and server) that you can easily change every port? Right now you can only change 2 ports.
I would do it myself but I'm not into Python or Javascript :(

Port 4242 is a constant that need to be enforced across the Convergence
notary ecosystem. Otherwise the Convergence anonymization feature
becomes an internet-wide open proxy.
A convergence notary is a security-sensitive service, and should
generally be isolated into its own machine or container that has no
other daemons running.
