port forwarding

hi all,

my router is under CGNAT, and if you don't know what it is its basically where i don't get my own ip address which means port forwarding isn't gonna work. i have tried to use a vpn port forwarding, but i don't get to choose which port and ip i get and if the vpn disconnects i get a new port and ip which means i lose all clients. i have tried using portmap.io but that is useless and doesn't work. i heard of playit.gg but idk how to set that up with xeno rat and apparantly you can get banned. so does anyone know if there is anything i can do to fix this or help me out?
