Compatibility Issues

We try our best to provide a great experience with the plugin. Here is a list about known compatibility issues with other plugins and the final result.

Plugin	Description	Solution
Custom Products	When a payment fails, the original order will be cancelled and a new order is created for the customer to retry the payment. Custom fields from this plugin were not correctly restored in that case.	fixed
Shopware PayPal	A checkout fails in combination with the Orders API because the sum of the line items does not match the total sum. This is only in combination with configured customer group discounts. The origin of the problem is that Paypal does already modify the total amount in Shopware session, without considering the discount. Mollie will only reuse that value of Shopware which is already wrong.	won't fix by Mollie
Pickware	There are random problems with wrong stocks. This does only appear when the initial payment session cannot even be created in Mollie. In that case, the reset of the stock is somehow done twice which increases the original stock.	cannot be reproduced
