Dragging and dropping files like pdfs and docs from the User Media Files into the richtext area does not generate a link to the file.
Step to reproduce
Upload a pdf to the User Media Files. Open up a resource using the TinyMCE richtext. Highlight some text and then drag and drop the pdf from User Media Files onto the text.
Observed behavior
Doing the above steps adds in the path to the file (i.e. assets/user-content/documents/example-file.pdf)
Expected behavior
It should add a file link to the highlighted text.

MODX Version 2.8.4, Chrome
