Dear Dr Kühbach,

I am trying to use SCORE for material microstructure evolution. I installed using gcc/openmpi/cmake but when I tried to run the enclosed SCORE.Input.TemplateIron.uds, there is an error message like:

Inacceptable low discretization for this high number of nuclei.
-->ClusteredNucleation<-- gibts nicht im Block -->ParameterList<--

I am not familiar with SCORE yet, wondering if there will be any other working examples? Any comments are appreciated.

Best regards,

Byoungseon

Dear Byoungseon:

Thank you for your interest to utilize SCORE. This is a message indicating that the solver catched an exception namely that a certain input parameter to be set was non-existent in the UDS configuration file. I can offer you to send me your input file and will have a look at it, as I am currently working on other SRX simulations using SCORE. Please send to m.kuehbach at mpie.de

Best regards,
Markus

Hi Markus,
Thanks for the reply. As I am new to SCORE, I am just trying to run the enclosed examples like SCORE.Input.TemplateIron.uds in SCORE-master/example/jmak. openmpi compiled with Intel just crashes while openmpi with gcc yields the message shown.

I am afraid that it may require different setup for multiple ranks? If you add a couple of examples to the existing branch, it would be a great help.

Best regards,

Byoungseon
