Remove Social Media links and footer in from the course emails

Steps to Reproduce

Just enroll in a course and an email is sent to the user, You can try enrolling at https://rc.mitxonline.mit.edu/courses/course-v1:Arbisoft+ARB_TPC_1/. The screenshot attached is from a specific Proctoring-based course email.

When you enroll, check out the email you receive or check the screenshot below. There are multiple social media links and app links that all point to the edX org.

Expected Behavior

• There should be no social media links and App links (Should probably remove this social media footer as a whole)

Actual Behavior

• There is a footer with App and Social media links which all point to edX.
