Example to include in wiki

Another basic example using the -credential parameter and adding a created_at date to all records. I couldn't figure out if I could create a pull request to add to the wiki so I'm dropping my examples here.

  Open-MySqlConnection -server '127.0.0.1' -connectionname 'localhost' -database 'DBname' -Credential myuser
  $testconnection = Test-SqlConnection -ConnectionName 'localhost'
