Would you send me the animation you want? Note that I'm doing all of this in CSS, where each component of the arrow is an element (for performant recoloring)

Nah it's not necessary for our soft launch. But I would like to do something to highlight the active project when scrolling. I'll think of something less intensive.

I wish Github had a "table" command for issues. Like not closed, but not working on now.

That's ideally what Milestones are, in general 2.X as a format only works for milestones if you need 2.{x} before you can do 2.{x+1}. In our case, we should just have a "2" milestone with the rest as labels.
