本人是联邦学习领域的学习者。
全面整理了该领域的框架和论文信息，此前也将昇思的框架的信息列在表格中。

我注意到昇思的联邦学习功能以前的路径已停止使用，请问本项目的地址是联邦学习功能的最新地址吗？
