-python-graphviz==0.14 should be -graphviz==0.14.
-torch==1.0.0 should be - torch==1.4.0.
The cuda version of pyg is error.

Also, it would be better to install the latest version of pytorch and pyg, otherwise, it will take so so so long time for model.to(device).
