Hi, I am analyzing my BCR bulk seq data in mixcr. I generated the heatmap after postanalysis.
I want to group my data based on the IgG and IgM isotypes as provided in the metadata. In my knowledge we can group the data while generating the diversity plot.
Can we gorup the sample in gene segment plot generation too?
my metadata structure is as below, and i want to group them according to IgG and IgM. Also, can we further group based on IgG isotypes: IgG1 IgG2 and IgG3?
