Please describe the changes you would like to see

I removed the current latest version of this package in pull request #200010 because it returned 404.
In https://www.cik-solutions.com/datenlogger-monitoringsysteme/logtag-support/ there seems to be a new version available for replacement, but the download link points to a zip file instead of an exe installer, and the version number is one less digit compared to the previous one digit. I'm not sure if this is correct.

Komac seems to give the wrong manifest for this version...
