Environment and OS details:

Visual Studio Code insider version 1.96.2
Microsoft Windows 11 Enterprise (24H2)
OS Build 26100.2605

Repro Steps:

1.Open Visual studio insider
2.Link a GitHub Account
3. Sign Up for Free Copilot Use
4. Sign Up for Free Copilot Use and in copilot chat generate two codes.
5. TAB till suggested code and inspect it.
6. Observe that all code editors in Co-pilot chat are labeled as "Code block 1".

Actual:

All code editors in Co-pilot chat are labeled as "Code block 1".

Expected:

Each code editor in Co-pilot chat should be assigned a unique name so user can differentiate them.

User Impact:

Screen reader user will face difficulty, they cannot differentiate between both code editor.
