Steps to reproduce

Start elevated terminal session
Middle-click on a tab

Expected Behavior

The tab should close when middle-clicked on

Actual Behavior

The tab does not close when middle-clicked on

Ok, by chance I stumbled into this issue again on Notepad, and it's looking like the problem is actually that a touchpad triple-tap to middle click just entirely doesn't work in elevated processes. No idea what to make of this but not a WT issue I guess.
