Use the correct version of AppManifest and Settings.xml.

Sometimes, from version to version, existing app parameters can change (naming) or new ones are added, made obsolete, or deleted. This can cause issues if you maintain a main set of config that you bring over to new releases.

As of 3.2.1 and therefore going forward, existing parameters will not be renamed - or removed - to limit the possibility of unintentional misconfiguration that can break observers. This responsibility falls squarely on me.

My apologies for waiting this long to make this simple rule.

As always, please make sure that you use the config files that ship with each version to prevent issues, especially when you upgrade from old versions.
