To use the Decision Service you must learn how to do 3 things:

1. Create your own instance of the Decision Service.
2. Interact with your Decision Service
   • via HTTP (language-independent, but higher latency)
     or
   • by linking the client library to your application (super low latency, but requires C#)
3. Delete your instance » to save money and/or conserve your quota.
