[Question] an option to turn off highlighting the 'line number' with dark blue

Description

I searched and didn't find any report of this. I'm working on upgrading our editor version from 0.21 to 0.30.1 and I noticed that the line number (not the content) now gets highlighted in a slightly different color in the newer version, even when the editor is not focused. I searched for the editor options but couldn't find one related. I'm not quite sure if this is a new feature controlled by a new option or this is an existing feature but our configs stopped working due to some breaking changes. I'd like to turn it off since it's confusing in our use case as it doesn't go away when the editor lose focus.
