add documentation for the packages.microsoft.com Ubuntu 22.04 jammy repo
add a note saying more ubuntu distro support is coming soon, and go versions might lag a bit due to work needed for automation

example:

curl -SLf https://packages.microsoft.com/config/ubuntu/22.04/packages-microsoft-prod.deb > /tmp/msrepos.deb
sudo dpkg -i /tmp/msrepos.deb
sudo apt-get update && sudo apt-get install msft-golang
