In #636 I removed the homebrew-related code for libcurl.dylib.
Nearby is similar code for libintl.a. Granted, this is static rather than dynamic, but I wonder if we
really need to do that when making universal binaries. I'm wondering if it is necessary of if it was
just inherited.
