session sharing link with anyone doesn't reflect 'Start At' timing #725

Describe the bug
When I create a share link for anyone and set the Start At time, the footage always runs from 0:00 time, it doesn't reflect Start At time. There is no issue when I create a share link for project team only.

Repro Steps
Create a share link with this configuration (Start At and link expiration values don't matter):

Project info
I use two projects, both have the same issue.

Browser info:

  • OS: Windows 10
  • Browser: Firefox 133.0.3 but also tested in Edge; same result in both
