Crosshair cursor timeout feature

Description of the new feature / enhancement

When a cursor stops moving for a set amount of time, the crosshair disappears.

Needs:

• Option to enable and disable this feature.
• Numerical input, that controls the amount of time.

Scenario when this would be used?

Currently, the crosshair can get distracting when not in use. Since it's real use is only when moving the mouse, this feature would only bring an improvement to It's functionality.
