Make always on top display window effectively run from my mouse. In other words, if I hold my mouse over the window (maybe while holding a hotkey) the window will jump to the other side of the screen or a different corner.
Scenario when this would be used?
Always on top is my favorite feature for working and productivity. It's great to be able to reference a notepad or screenshot, or have a video-chat pinned to my screen while working or gaming. The issue with it is that I often have to get to what's behind the pinned window and having to manually move it sometimes every 5-10 seconds hinders productivity.
An EXACT scenario this would be helpful: In a tower defense game I like to pin a text pad with my strategy, as well as my girlfriend's camera in a small window in the corner. The game often opens menus behind the pinned window and I have to move the window to access what I'm trying to see. If the window knew I was trying to look behind it and moved out of the way automatically that would be the coolest thing ever.
Supporting information
Man, I just thought of this on my own. I'd donate like $100 to make it happen.
