Still overflowing, there is not even any way to scroll side by side the characters. Very sloppy... |

Description of the new feature / enhancement
In quick accent, when using windows with 125% scaling the toolbar for the character
e(that has a lot of options when selecting it) the bar goes overboard and I cannot see all the options.Make it possible for the toolbar to wrap into multiple lines so that we can navigate it (maybe even using up and down arrows).
