Blank output in Outlook with InvalidAudienceForResource #142

Hi,
reinstalled MHA today. All is fine with OWA.
However, from Outlook 2019, the pages are all blank (below header)
From the diagnostic I understand that API used is blank and should be EWS.
Might be wrong.
