auto switch to popular feed on launch if following topics feed is empty #767

When the app launches, if the user is signed in, the home feed is shown (my following topics feed). If that feed is empty, we should automatically switch to the popular feed.

Verified that on Android - it doesn't show the popular feed if my following feed is empty
