Voice over focus order is not logical when user double tap on "reply" button of any topic .

Repro Steps

1. Launch Embedded Social Test App.
2. Navigate to Hamburger button and double tap.
3. Navigate to Popular link and double tap.
4. Popular page will be appear.
5. Navigate to the comment button of any topic and double tap.
6. Comment on topic and double tap on post button.
7. Navigate to reply button and double tap.
8. Navigate the page via swipe gesture.
9. Verify the voice over focus.
   Expected:
   Voice over focus should be move from left to right or top to bottom . After the topic icon image the voice over focus should move on the Topic name, It should not go on Icon dots button.
   Actual:
   On any topic, Voice over focus first move on the Topic name then on the topic icon image then Icon dots button . After Icon dots button when user swipe then focus again move on Topic name.

Note:
1> Focus order is also not logical on like button, Voice over focus goes twice on like button.
2> Voice over focus moves twice on recent activities on activity feed page.
