Firewall rules are not removed during the uninstall process for OHDSI workspace service

Describe the bug
The firewall rules created during the installation of the OHDSI workspace service are not removed during the uninstall process.
This results in unnecessary firewall rules remaining in the configuration, which could lead to security risks and system clutter.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Deploy the OHDSI workspace service using the provided template.
2. Uninstall the OHDSI workspace service.
3. Inspect the firewall configuration and observe that the rules created during installation are still present.
