A hierarchy is the traditional way to organise feeds, and feedhabit should provide subscription URLs to access this hierarchy.

e.g.

feedhabit.com/u/fortuna/Technology - all items from feeds in the Technology category for user fortuna
feedhabit.com/u/fortuna/Development/Groovy - nested hierarchy
feedhabit.com/u/fortuna/Slashdot.org - single site
