[Feature Request] Follow Authors

Similar to how you can star particular weakauras and receive notifications when they're updated, I'd like the ability to "star" users on wago.io and receive notifications when they publish a new weakaura (or plater mod, etc.).

I find myself always coming back to the same authors who I trust and often I notice weakauras on their user page that have been published months ago that are incredibly useful or huge QoL improvements in game but I just never noticed that they existed.

My current workaround now is to just bookmark all of the wago.io user pages of the authors who I trust and check their recent upload every now and then but I feel like this is a feature that the site could support natively that a lot of people may benefit from.
