I used to heavily utilize the "Sort" options that used to be present, which either no longer exist, or are difficult to find/use; neither explanation is desirable.

It's also difficult to figure out how to use the new filter options. Being able to search for things like a specific date, or relative to it, isn't really helpful for the type of searches people are going to be doing. Do people know the exact date something was released? I don't know that I'll ever need to search for something that has exactly X number of stars.

The filter options are additive, so they're less problematic, but please return the sorting functionality.

I was going to post along these lines but I'll comment this to boost it.

The search functionality for filtering by date etc is fantastic, but in certain scenarios it's not very intuitive to realise that's how to filter by date - I navigated to Plater Profiles by using the menu under World of Warcraft and following links - and it wasn't immediately obvious to me that I'd need to enter the search bar for additional filtering of the list.

Perhaps either add the same filtering functionality to a small area near the Sort options, or even just a message there to indicate that you should use the filtering options from the search bar maybe?
