github.com/go-playground/form/v4 triggers panic because reflect.ArrayOf is not implemented #15

This happens when decoding URL values with array(s).

Need to implement reflect.ArrayOf in tinygo.

Then visit devices/relays/relays.go and remove custom URL values decoder.
