Anita should run a black market economy.

There should be a 1% chance each time a person talks on the channel their given 1..n coins. Users can then arbitrarily trade coins and create new objects. Here's some commands.

!wallet - displays contents of your wallet
!conjure 100 cats (trades 100 anita coins for 100 cats)
!give 100 cats to seacreature (takes your 100 cats and gives them to seacreature)
