Comatose is a killer plugin but it doesn't seem to getting updated and I don't understand why. Every project we do pretty much includes this plugin as there are always marketing pages that our client's need to be able to edit themselves - and integration with the main code is priceless.

So what else are other people using? Who else in the Rails 3 world is interested in seeing comatose updated? Any ideas or thoughts are appreciated.

This is something that I am definitely interested in. Looking at upgrading to Rails3 and using Comatose extensively.

Yeah, what happened to comatose?

I have installed niciliketo version but the images are not served correctly on comatose_admin page.

Hey Gorn,
Thanks for the info. Could you possibly give any detail about this issue.

Where are you expecting the images to be served from and what are the actual urls?
Rails 3.1 made some big changes to the way static assets are served and ny version is not fully compatible with this (yet).

Finally, have you tried running
rake:comatose:setup:copy_images

No I have ovelooked the rake:comatose:setup:copy_images command and corrected the issue by hand.

PS: At the begining I wanted to branch out make some generally usefull adjustements and ask others to pull back, but the way it is setu up now it is veryhard for me (I do not know how to) develop both for my particular needs and for benefit of others. It should have been probably more decouled from the whole rails site and put into plugin ...

Thanks for great starting point anyways.

Jakub

Hi all.
I am wondering if to use Comatose or not.

Is it possible to use it in Rails 3?
