Matomo E-commerce: + Search Engine Keywords Performance

I hope you're well. I’m reaching out to you regarding two important requests :

1. Matomo E-commerce: The abandoned carts are not showing up.
2. Acquisition > Keywords: We subscribed to Search Engine Keywords Performance to get insights on keywords, but we don’t feel like we’re getting all the data.

Details:

1. We have installed E-commerce on Matomo. Everything seems well configured, and all the data is coming through except for the abandoned carts, which is strange. On our Prestashop site, abandoned carts are indeed being recorded. Could you guide us on the steps to follow and explain why this might be happening?

2. We have subscribed to Search Engine Keywords Performance to get detailed keyword insights, but we feel like some data is missing. The license has been active since January 5th, yet the detailed information doesn’t seem to be fully available.
