selene aarch64 build

I was wondering if an aarch64 build for Selene could be released? It would have to be built from source as the repository has not released an artifact for it. Kampfkarren/selene#612

Here is an example commit for it:
Kampfkarren/selene@6e02c2f. I can take a stab at adding it. I think I could follow this as an example:
