Tracker for Circle multiple tag push issue #134

Apparently Circle doesn't run tag builds if multiple tags are pushed at the same time. Annoying. More so because it's an "internal ticket".

Oh FFS, that link is now 404. I'll have to work out whether this is still a problem.
