get the error in Elementary OS Freya (running on Ubuntu 14.04), 64-bit.

Ran: trickle -s -d 10 -u 10 skype

Got the error:
ERROR: ld.so: object '/usr/lib/trickle/trickle-overload.so' from LD_PRELOAD cannot be preloaded (wrong ELF class: ELFCLASS64): ignored.
