Same issue here.
Because I initially thought it was possible to delete extracts from the list, I ended up with 3 or 4 extracts with the same name (I'm messy).
A button to delete or simply disable useless extracts would be great (and would also probably save tons of GB on the servers).

We had a question through Twitter where someone asked us to remove some custom extracts from the user's account because they were invalid regions.
If you are on https://mapzen.com/data/metro-extracts/your-extracts/, you see a list, and you can click each entry to be taken to a download page and can update the data there.
However, I'm not seeing a way on the UI for a user to clean up their own extract list and delete an entry.
