Cannot render gift-24 icon from Maki v1

It seems that node-fontnik cannot parse or render one particular icon, the gift-24 SVG from Maki v1.

I'm creating PBF from SVGs using an IcoMoon font. In my selection of cca. 60 icons every other SVG worked flawlessly, except this one.

It's probably possible to manually fix the SVG, I just wanted to report this.

What is the error message or exact problem?

No error message, just silently that character isn't visible on mapbox-gl map.
