This plugin does not replace values for environment variables(Custom Environment Variable which are defined at pipeline level).

We are experiencing the same issue. We are trying to pass the variables set by GO into our powershell script with no success.

This happens for both pipeline level and the job level environment variables.

To save your life, for the time being you can use task type 'more' and put 'powershell' as command.
Environment variables are working here.

Author here. I am not using Windows / Powershell these days, and it will be hard for me to support. Happy to take PRs.
