I live outside the US. I'd like the ability to show the odometer in miles, speed to km/h, etc.

Have you tried updating the unit of measurement for the entity to km/h?

Try the speed entity.

Changed it there, but it doesnt affect the odometer entity, I still see miles. Thanks!
