Hi, I've the same problem with klipper,marlin or mks original firmware, if filament is inserted in filament sensor the board become not responsive and doesn't even boot. If I remove the filament from the filament sensor the board boot and the printer work as expected.
Seems an hw related issue considering I have the same behaviour on 3 different firmware.
