Add 'Setting up an experiment' page to documentation

Right now the docs don't have a single page that describes how to configure and run an experiment using science-jubilee. Add a page, probably one that walks through setting up the color mix demo to show how to use science-jubilee to set up labware, tools, do things, etc.
