Crashes when loading the rviz_camera_stream.rviz

terminate called after throwing an instance of 'Ogre::ItemIdentityException'
  what():  ItemIdentityException: Texture with the name RttTex already exists. in ResourceManager::add at ./OgreMain/src/OgreResourceManager.cpp (line 148)
Aborted (core dumped)

But I can set up one manually, the crash is a name is getting re-used when there are two (the rviz file has two)
